I picked up a new 2016 model Grand Cherokee two Months ago and (A)! was lit from the first start due to "start/stop system needs service". Dealer ordered a relay and it took two months to get it. Once installed problem still remains and it all seems to be a guessing game. Will propose the battery replacement (probably backup bat).

Keeping your foot off the brake and cycling through the start button you can see that it is off. Battery has been checked and it is fine.
