Sounds like just a driver problem, now that you mention the install/uninstall loop. Try the following: Download the latest Realtek driver from MSI. Then disable internet by removing the LAN cable or turning off WLAN in Windows, then uninstall the current Realtek driver, and install MSI's Realtek driver. It will probably want a reboot to install.

When I came back, sound bar was still on (normally it turns itself of after few minutes) and there was no audio, neither via digital or 3.5mm jacks. Front audio is not working too. Here's what I have tried: Uninstall audio driver, install it again. Disable and enable audio device in device manager.

If when connecting a USB device to the front I/O the device does not get recognized or read by Windows, this can indicate a problem with the USB connection. Sep 28, 2021. #1. I was downloading the latest audio drivers (a decision which I now regret) from the MSI website b360m support section. I downloaded and installed the latest one with nahimic drivers. after that point everything went down. my headset hada bad quality speaker and my mic doesn't work. I contacted MSI support regarding the issue
If not there, it's the controller that failed. If you find the HD audio controller: Right click it, select Uninstall. If asked, do not choose to delete driver files. Reboot. The driver will reinstall and the audio controller will attempt to re-detect the HD audio device. bMvz.
